Drive utdanning, utvikling, behandling, omsorg, og nettverksarbeid med
fokus blant annet på dyreassisterte intervensjoner og dyrevelferd
internasjonalt. Formålet kan også oppfylles gjennom eierskap (direkte
eller indirekte) i virksomhet med samme eller lignende formål.
Drift skal være basert på tilnærmingen One Health, hvor samspillet
mellom dyr, mennesker og natur er det sentrale. Selskapet har til
hensikt å lage og gjennomføre aktiviteter der flere sektorer
kommuniserer og jobber sammen for å oppnå bedre folkehelse.
