Drive og utvikle nyskapingsvirksomhet i Haugesundsregionen. Hovedfokus
skal være å bistå ved etablering av nye firmaer som baserer seg på
kunnskapsintensive og industrielle forretningsideer. Selskapet kan eie
i andre selskaper. Selskapet har ikke som formål å oppnå økonomisk
vinning for seg eller sine eiere. Det skal ikke deles ut utbytte til
aksjonærer. Eventuelt overskudd i selskapet skal brukes til å
realisere selskapets formål. Ved likvidasjon skal eventuelt overskudd
og eventuell formue utover innskutt kapital ikke utdeles til
aksjonærene, men gis til utvalgte mottakere i samsvar med denne
formålsbestemmelsen.
