Eidsvåg skolekorps har som formål å fremme interesse for musikk og
utvikling av godt vennskap blant barn og unge i nærmiljøet på tvers av
kjønn, alder og bakgrunn. Eidsvåg skolekorps skal sørge for opplæring
av medlemmene i musikalske ferdigheter og musikkteori gjennom
individuell undervisning og samspill. Eidsvåg skolekorps skal arbeide
for å skape spilleglede og fremføre god musikk på hjemstedet og
ellers. Eidsvåg skolekorps skal ha plass til alle og samtidig løfte
frem talentene.
