Operating
Klubben vil ha ansvar for å samle klubbens medlemmer til medlemsmøter,
årsmøter, lønnsforhandlinger, aktuelle problemstillinger og andre
arrangementer som julebord, sommer avslutning. I tillegg vil man også
ha ansvar for bryllupsgaver og andre relaterte ting. Klubben og
klubbformann har også som formål å være støttespiller og konfliktløser
for klubbens medlemmer. Det vil si oppfølging for de medlemmene som er
ansatt i Mandals AS
