Selskapet er en Vekstbedrift, som gjennom produksjon og annen
næringsvirksomhet skal ivareta eierkommunenes behov for
videreutvikling og arbeidstreningstilbud for personer med vansker i
skole og arbeidsliv. Selskapet er i hovedsak en bedrift med varig
tilrettelagte arbeidsplasser. Selskapet selger produkter og tjenester
som private, NAV, kommunene og andre offentlige instanser etterspør.
Gjennom produksjon og annen næringsvirksomhet å
ivareta eierkommunenes behov for videreutvikling,
arbeidstreningstilbud og varig vernede arbeids-
plasser for yrkeshemmede og andre vanskeligstilte
grupper. Selskapet er i hovedsak en arbeidsplass
for yrkeshemmede og det forutsettes at arbeids-
takerne har uførepensjon eller annen trygdeytelse
som økonomisk basis.
