Restaurere og ta vare på fredede Fondal gård (Askeladden id 87463
1-3). Selskapet skal etablere og drifte økonomisk
bærekraftige kunst- (Destination Art), kultur- og naturbaserte kurs-
og reiselivsprodukter i Fonndalen i Meløy kommune. Driften skal
etterstrebe en økologisk profil basert på prinsipper som kortreist mat
og minimal belastning av miljø og natur. Overskudd fra driften av
selskapet skal anvendes til bevaring av Fondal gård. Det skal derfor
ikke betales utbytte til aksjonærene. Selskapet kan delta i andre
selskaper med kompletterende virksomhet innenfor rammene av formålet.
