handelsområde på grensen mellom Moss og Rygge kommune, fra 1.januar
2020 i nye Moss kommune. Selskapet skal bidra til å fremme
handelsområdet for handel, kultur og bruk av byrom, skape en positiv
identitet for handelsområdet, skape samhold og samarbeid mellom de
næringsdrivende på området, fremme områdets omdømme, fremme gode
løsninger for trafikk og infrastruktur på området, bidra til å oppnå
positive rammebetingelser og plangrep for området, og skape grunnlag
for positiv kommunikasjon/samspill med kommunen og samfunnet forøvrig.
