Eie og drive steinerbarnehage til det beste for barn av fast ansatte
ved Helgeseter og andre som ønsker et steinerpedagogisk tilbud til
sine barn og som gjennom å akseptere tilbud om plass takker ja til
medlemskap i samvirket. Virksomheten har et ideelt (ikke økonomisk)
formål og drives i samsvar med de til enhver tid gjeldende lover og
forskrifter for barnehagevirksomhet og i tråd med
Steinerbarnehageforbundets vedtekter. Foretaket skal fremme
medlemmenes økonomiske interesser gjennom deres deltakelse i
virksomheten som kjøpere av barnehagetjenester fra foretaket.
