for alle, men med hovedfokus på mennesker med utviklingshemminger.
Deltakerne på scenen er mennesker med utviklingshemminger, og
festivalen skal vise at mennesker med litt andre talenter enn alle
andre, ved hjelp av hardt arbeid og livsglede, kan nå så langt de vil.
