Selskapet skal kunne inngå samarbeidsavtaler eller ha eierskap i andre foretak dersom det er hensiktsmessig for å oppfylle formålet. Selskapet skal ikke samle inn næringsavfall i markedet utover det som er tillatt etter det til enhver tid gjeldende anskaffelsesregelverk.
