Operating
Å eie og drive Dalsidevegene, herunder å stå for det nødvendige
vedlikehold av vegsystemet. Med Dalsidevegene menes i denne sammenheng
vegen fra Helgestad ovenfor Utgårdshagen til Kvitkrysset,
Reindølsvegen fra vegdelet på Myrin til Svartdalslia og Skamsdalsvegen
fra Nysetra til parkeringsplassen ved brua til Skamsdalssetrene. Det
forutsettes at den ordinære drift av vegene skal finansieres ved
bominntekter. Dersom vegene eller deler av dem skal brøytes om
vinteren, f.eks. til påske, med det forutsettes at alle utgiftene i
forbindelse med dette skal dekkes av de ekstra inntektene en med det
oppnår. Selskapet har ikke som formål å oppnå økonomisk overskudd.
