A. Drive overnattings og serveringsverksemd i Hotel Dalen og det som
naturleg høyrer saman med dette, herunder å ta vare på det
restaurerte hotellet med uteområde. Selskapet skal kunne engasjere
seg i andre selskap som naturleg høyrer saman med drifta av Hotel
Dalen. B. Medvirke til turistutvikling i tilknytning til
Telemarkskanal Tokke kommune.
Restaurere det gamle hotellet og uteområde..
Utarbeide driftsplan for overnattings- og service-
bedrift, og eventuelt bygging av nytt bygg. Mogleg
med aksjonær i anna selskap som skal føre opp nye
bygg i tilknytting til hotellet, og i drivar-
selskap. Medvirke til turistutvikling i
tilknytting til Telemarkskanalen og Tokke kommune.
