Å skape bevissthet om demokratiet, rettsstaten og vår humanistiske arv, gjennom å drive en kunstinstallasjon / arena for fremvisning / utstilling av kunstverk i ulike sjangere. Installasjonen Roseslottet er skapt av kunstnerne Eimund og Vebjørn Sand, kunstverket skal fortelle om okkupasjonen av Norge i perioden 1940 - 1945 og om de humanistiske prinsippene som da ble satt ut av kraft. Installasjonen skal være tilgjengelig for besøkende og skal driftes via tilskudd, salg av kunstverk- og kunstinstallasjoner, billett- og sponsorinntekter. Stiftelsen skal kunne leie, eie og forvalte driftsrelatert fast eiendom samt investere og medvirke i andre selskaper.
