Arbeide for å realisere sti- og løypeprosjekt i Ål kommune.
Hovudoppgåvene til selskapet er å sikre gjennomføring av
stibyggingsprosjekt for sykkel- og fleirbruksstiar/-løyper.
"Masterplan for sentrumsnær terrengsykling i Ål" er grunnlaget og
hovudprioritet for selskapet. Det er opp til styret å prioritere
tiltaka i masterplanen opp mot hverandre. Selskapet kan også ta på seg
oppgåver for å sikre gjennomføring av andre viktige fellesprosjekt for
Ål-samfunnet, herunder stiprosjekt som ikkje er omhandla i
masterplanen og aktivitetsanlegg for rekreasjon og aktivitet. Styret
står fritt til å prioritere hva prosjekt selskapet skal engasjere seg
i.
Prioritere, planlegge og organisere stibyggingsprosjekt for
allmennyttige formål. Herunder søke finansiering gjennom stiftelser,
tippemidler, offentlige og private bidrag o.l. Være ansvarlig for at
det blir inngått grunneieravtler. Ansvarlig for prosjektledelse med
mere.
