boligmarkedet på ordinær måte. I denne forbindelse skal selskapet
benytte konsepter som leie-til-eie og tilsvarende for å erverve og ha
midlertidig eierskap til seksjoner i eierseksjonssameier og andeler i
borettslag, og drive med utleie av boligene som seksjonene og andelene
knytter seg til, i påvente av at seksjonene og andelene kan selges til
privatpersoner som fortrinnsvis skal være privatpersonene som leier
boligene.
