Firmaet True-Blue ble stiftet i 2005 av Marta Nowakowska. Hun kom til Norge etter at hun hadde avsluttet pedagogiske studier i hjemlandet Polen. Hun ble fasinert av Norge og nordmenn, og ville bli kjent med kulturen her. Martas lidenskap har alltid vaert a hjelpe mennersker, og bestemtes derfor a etablere et firma som tilbyr en allsidig hjemmeservice
