Utførelse av undervannskonstruksjons- og vedlikeholdsarbeider,
geotekniske og geofysiske undersøkelser, fjerning av utrangerte
undervannsinstallasjoner og/eller offshoreinstallasjoner inklusiv
tilhørende avfallstransport og avfallsmegling og andre typer arbeider
for offshoreindustrien så vel på den norske kontinentalsokkel som
internasjonalt. Selskapets formål er videre å eie og drive skip, drive
skipsmeglingsvirksomhet, assuransevirksomhet, investeringer i fast
eiendom, samt deltagelse i andre selskaper av enhver art enten ved
aksjekjøp eller på annen måte, samt å avgi garantier og annen
sikkerhetsstillelse i forbindelse med selskapets virksomhet, herunder
avgi garantier og stille sikkerhet for selskaper innenfor samme
konsern som selskapet tilhører.
