kjøp og salg av aksjer samt øvrige materielle rettigheter/objekter.
Selskapets aktiviteter vil hovedsakelig være salg av varer til
bedrifter i Norge innen fagområdet: Sikkerhet. Produktene som skal
selges vil være elektronikk som for eksempel; kamera, alarmsystem,
kortlesere et cetera. Sikkerhetsdistributøren AS vil fungere som et
ledd mellom utenlandske produsenter og norske installasjonsbedrifter.
Vi er å anse som en distributør i markedet. Markedet er omtalt som
"Sikkerhetsmarkedet."
