Produksjon av mycel grodd fortrinnsvis på
lokalt avfall samt utvikling og produksjon av produkter knyttet til
prosess, materialer, produkter og annet som naturlig faller sammen med
dette.
Produksjon og salg av mycel. Deretter følger utvikling og salg av
produkter fra mycel som f.eks. gourmetsopp og mycomaterialer.
Tilknyttet produksjonen vil vi også utvikle løsninger for bruk av
lokalt avfall som substrat for mycelet og utvikle bærekraftige
løsninger for kompostering av avfall fra produksjonen. I tillegg
kommer utvikling og publisering av digitale produkter knyttet til sopp
generelt og produksjonen spesielt. Vi vil også utvikle og tilby
workshops, nett- og fysiske kurs knyttet til produksjon og kunnskap om
sopp generelt og dyrking av mycel spesielt.
