NOR-MAF er en medarbeiderforeing. Styret fremforhandler lønnsavtale på
vegne av alle ansatte i Normisjon (Felleskontoret, regionskontoret,
Acta - barn og unge i Normisjon, menighetene, misjons- og
bibelskolene, leirstedene). Styret er også drøftingspartner ved
organisasjonsmessige endringer og ved evt. nedbemanning, og det
ivaretar øvrige medlemmer i bl.a. konflikter. Medlemmene våre er
ansatt i frivillig sektor og organiserer og driver et bredt spekter av
frivillig arbeid.
