Forening for barn og unge som skal gi medlemmer mulighet til å drive ulike former for aktiviteter ved at barn og ungdom aktivt blir trukket inn i arbeidet for å utvikle og realisere egne rammevilkår, bidra til å verne mot nedbrytende og belastede miljøer i samfunnet som rus og kriminalitet, arbeide for helsefremmende tiltak. Arbeidet i foreningen skal preges av frivillighet, fellesskap, likeverd og respekt.
