Foreningen har til formål å drive havn i moloen på nord-odden av Lille
Arøya og derved å sikre kontinuitet for den, siden 50-årene, etablerte
praksis med båtplass for de av nord-oddens eiendommer som ikke har
eget forsvarlig båtfeste. Foreningen skal også tilgjengelig gjøre to
gjesteplasser på ytterste del av molo. Foreningens gjesteplasser er et
allmennyttig formål.
