Laget skal være et rådgivende organ, og har som mål å ivareta grendas
interesser overfor kommunestyret i Heim kommune. Styret skal via
kommunestyrerepresentanten bringe saker fra grendefolket, lag og
foreninger til kommunestyret, og motta saker som angår grenda, fra
kommunestyret til grenda. Kontaktpersonen/kommunestyrerepresentanten
blir bindeleddet mellom kommunen og Grendalaget.
