Operating
Investere i eiendom og forberede etablering av Tamino borettslag for
10 ungdommer med psykisk utviklingshemming. Selskapet er ideelt og
allmennyttig. Så snart borettslaget er i drift, er selskapets
virksomhet å vedlikeholde og skape aktivitet i de historiske
bygningene på Nordre Ammerud Gård. Aktivitetene skal ta hensyn til
behovet til beboerne i Tamino borettslag. Derfor skal aktiviteter som
mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming kan ta del i og/eller ha glede
av prioriteres. Eksempler på aktiviteter: arbeidsplasser for mennesker
med utviklingshemming, undervisning, kulturaktiviteter og utleie. Det
vil ikke bli betalt ut utbytte. Eventuelt overskudd av driften skal
brukes til å vedlikeholde og oppgradere de historiske bygningene,
aktiviteter rettet mot mennesker med psykisk utviklingshemming og
allmennyttige formål.
Tilrettelegging for bygging av boliger for mennesker med
utviklingshemming, samt vedlikeholde historiske bygninger på Nordre
Ammerud gård.
