Operating
Selskapet skal drive formidling og kunnskapsdeling innen naturfag og
pedagogikk. Formidling og praktisering av metode for samspill i
naturen med barn på barnas premisser. Dette skjer blant annet gjennom
fritidstilbud til barn og informasjonsformidling til voksne i form av
foredrag og samarbeid med barnehage- og skolesektoren. Selskapet er et
ideelt aksjeselskap og det skal ikke betales utbytte til eierne.
Overskudd i selskapet skal gå tilbake til selskapet. Ved oppløsing av
selskapet skal et eventuelt overskudd gå til et ideelt formål knyttet
til natur og barn. Formålet besluttes i styremøte før oppløsning
Virksomheten vil holde fritidstilbud til barn i naturen og
informasjonsformidling til voksne i form av foredrag og samarbeid med
barnehage- og skolesektoren. Undervisningsopplegg og opplæring for
barnehagepersonell. Foredrag for foreldre eller andre grupper som er i
samspill med barn.
