Selskapet er et sosial entreprenør selskap og samtidig et ideelt
aksjeselskap. Formålet er å vise hvordan spesielt Sosialt Cooperativt
Entreprenørskap teori og praksis kan bidra til å løse sosiale,
økonomiske og miljømessige problemer på en ny måte. Selskapet skal
ikke dele ut utbytte til aksjeeierne, men utvikle en forretningsmodell
som over tid kan sikre nok overskudd til å gjøre selskapet finansielt
bærekraftig. Blir oppløsning av selskapet besluttet, skal selskapets
midler disponeres av generalforsamlingen til beste for arbeidet med å
formidle erfaring og kunnskap om Sosialt Cooperativt Entreprenørskap.
Hovedaktiviteten vil være å promotere kurs i Sosialt Cooperativt
Entreprenørskap.
