Levere fjernvarme til kunder i Lenvik kommune, herunder kunder med tilknytningsplikt, i henhold til konsesjon med hjemmel i Energiloven. Selskapet har ikke et økonomisk formål. Selskapet leverer fjernvarme produsert i Senja Avfalls forbrenningsanlegg ved forbrenning av husholdningsavfall som Senja Avfall har mottatt etter tildelt enerett i samsvar med selvkostprinsippet. Selskapet har ikke til formål å dele ut overskudd eller utbytte til eierne, men i stedet skal eventuelt overskudd gå til å bygge opp selskapet egenkapital med mål om videre utbygging og på sikt til å redusere kostnaden for kundene. Ved oppløsning av selskapet skal aksjonærene kun ha utbetalt tidligere innbetalt aksjeinnskudd. Et eventuelt overskudd ved oppløsning av selskapet skal benyttes til allmennyttige formål i kommunen, etter generalforsamlingens forslag.
