Operating
Allmennyttig, der alt gjøres på dugnad og evt. overskudd tilbakeføres
til selskapet for å skape enda mer aktivitet i Grovfjord. Det
utbetales ikke aksjeutbytte, styret mottar ikke styregodtgjørelse, og
ved opphør av selskapet skal evt. midler som er i selskapet gå til
allmennyttige formål i Grovfjord. Aktivitetene vi gjennomfører er
forholdsvis korte av varighet (maksimalt 1 mnd. pr. aktivitet).
Omfanget er forholdsvis lite, og selskapets inntekter kommer fra salg
av varer fra sommerkafé i juli, sponsormidler/gaver fra næringslivet i
Grovfjord, samt støtte fra Tjeldsund kommunes næringsfond.
Initiering og prosjektledelse av allmennyttige aktiviteter og
arrangementer i Grovfjord og annet som naturlig faller sammen med
dette.
