biosvitenskaper, og å drive næringsvirksomhet i den forbindelse,
herunder deltakelse i andre selskaper.
Selskapet vil med utgangspunkt i vitenskapelig kunnskap på
spesialområder innen biologi, biokjemi, mikrobiologi og
ernæringsvitenskap utvikle nye og patenterbare produktformuleringer
som motvirker sykdomsdisponerende forstyrrelser i mikrobiologiske og
biokjemiske funksjoner i tarmen hos akvatiske organismer i oppdrett,
kjæledyr, varmblodige produksjonsdyr og mennesker. Selskapet vil
utvikle produktformuleringer og utarbeide forretningsplaner både i
egen regi og på oppdrag. selskapet vil delta i næringsvirksomhet som
naturlig faller sammen med dette, både nasjonalt og internasjonalt,
herunder deltakelse i andre selskaper.
