Selskapet skal skape en aktiv innovasjonsarena i regionen og bidra til
økt verdiskaping i eksisterende næringsliv og utvikling av nye
næringer. Selskapet skal være en pådriver overfor næringslivet,
forskings- og høyskolemiljøet, offentlige virksomheter og gründere for
å stimulere til samarbeid, nyskaping og vekst. Selskapet kan og delta
som aksjonær, eller på annen måte ved investering i andre
virksomheter. Selskapet sin virksomhet har ikke til formål å skaffe
eierne økonomisk utbytte. Ved oppløsing av selskapet skal midler
utover innbetalt aksjekapital, som blir tilbakebetalt til eierne,
