BUK har til formål å fremme den kristne tro og lære blant ungdom over
hele verden slik den er definert i Brunstad Christian Churchs
trosgrunnlag. BUK har videre til formål å fremme trosfellesskap og
erfaringsutveksling mellom ungdommer fra hele verden og verne dem fra
nedbrytende og skadelige miljøer. Arbeidet i foreningen skal preges av
frivillighet, fellesskap, likeverd og respekt basert på samme tros- og
verdigrunnlag som Brunstad Christian Church.
