Happy Rock Shows er en uavhengig organisasjon som skal jobbe for å
tilrettelegge og fremme live musikk som Folk, gitar, garasje og
Punk-Rock. Dvs bla og arrangere konserter lokalt i Trondheim og omegn
(Midt-Norge). Formålet er først og fremst og gi lokale band muligheten
til og spille live. Noen ganger kanskje også nasjonale og
internasjonale band. Happy Rock Shows vil også være behjelpelig med
promotering.
