LUNNER BOLIGSTIFTELSE
Operating
Stiftelsen har som formål å skaffe boliger (eventuelt servicebygg) for
utleie og salg uten eget økonomisk formål og i samarbeid med Lunner
kommunes Boligkontor. Boligene skaffes ved oppføring eller erverv, og
leies ut uten innskudd/lån fra leietakerne eller selges til selvkost
uten økonomisk vinning. Utleieboliger kan selges uten økonomisk
vinning dersom det ikke lenger er formålstjenlig med videre utleie.
Boligene skal fortrinnsvis leies ut og selges til særlige
vanskeligstilte grupper eller eldre/ungdom, herunder unge i
etableringsfasen
Å skaffe boliger (eventuelt servicebygg) for
utleie uten eget økonomisk formål.
