Nordstrand hjelp til å aktivisere seg og gi dem en trygg fritid med
mulighet for videreutvikling uten at økonomi skal være et hinder for
deltakelsen. Støtten kan gis til lokale institusjoner eller klubber
med et beløp som gir mening for angjeldende institusjon/klubb.
