Å drive innsamling og behandling av avfall. Selskapet skal gi husholdningene og næringsaktører en miljømessig og økonomisk forsvarlig avfalls-og slambehandlingstjeneste. Selskapet kan bidra til lokal forvaltning av gjenvinnbare ressurser. Selskapet kan også påta seg andre arbeidsoppgaver eierne og selskapet måtte bli enige om.
Innsamling, transport og bearbeiding av avfall. Forbrenning av avfall, produksjon av elektrisk energi og damp til fjernvarmeproduksjon.
