Foreningen skal vedlikeholde og videreutvikle fellesområdene knyttet til hytteområdet Skisakerheia i Tjodalyng, Larvik kommune. Felles veier vedlikeholdes i samarbeid med tilgrensende hytteområder og deres hytte-velforeninger. Det arrangeres dugnader og tas inn årlig kontingent som er med på å finansiere vedlikehold og oppgradering av foreningens fellesområder. I tillegg skal foreningen fremme sosialt felleskap for hytteeierne i Skisakeråsen ved å arrangere felles sammenkomster på foreningens fellesområder.
