Drifte, forvalte og utvikle Maskinhallen på Fjellhamar som en
profesjonell kulturarena. Selskapet skal fungere som en sentral
ressurs for aktivisering av hele Bruket-området, herunder tilstøtende
lokaler og det øvrige næringsmiljøet. Gjennom programmering og
tilrettelegging for samarbeid mellom leietakere og andre
lokaleaktører, skal selskapet skape et levende og helhetlig
kulturtilbud.Selskapet er en ideell aktør. Virksomheten skal ikke ha
som formål å skaffe aksjonærene økonomisk utbytte.
