Produsere god ernæringsmessig mat som dekker det felles behov
aksjeeierne i selskapet har. Selskapet skal ikke, i særlig grad (maks
30 % av totalproduksjon), inngå avtale om leveranse av tjeneste med
andre uten samtykke fra generalforsamlingen. Ved årsoverskudd, skal
dette dekke tidligere års underskudd og/eller avsettes til fornying av
produksjonsutstyr. Det skal ikke utbetales utbytte til eierne.
Produksjon, utkjøring og utporsjonering av varm og kald mat iht
eiernes behov. Produktet og tjenesten er matproduksjon til våre eiere
som er offentlig virksomhet
