Foreningen er en velforening bestående av tomtene på "Trovågfeltet" i Vindafjord kommune. Formålet til velforeningen er å være beboernes kontakt overfor kommune, offentlige organer, utbygger og andre organ som beboerne har felles interesser overfor. Også å øke trivselen på feltet, være ansvarlig for utvikling av fellesarealene på feltet. Andre oppgaver som årsmøtet måtte vedta.
