skal også søke å igangsette tilsvarend hus andre steder, fortrinnsvis
i øst-europeiske land. Hensikten med et menneskerettighetshus er å
skaffe tilveie lokaler og stille til disposisjon
sekretariatsfunksjoner for organisasjoner som driver med arbeid til
støtte for menneskerettighetene.
