Operating
Styrke yrkesveiledningen i skolen, samt det som
naturlig står i forbindelse med dette. Selskapet skal arbeide for å
markedsføre behov for kompetanse i skolen (ungdomsskole og
videregående skole), og bidra til å stimulere til bedre samarbeid
mellom arbeidsliv og skole. Selskapet har ikke som formål å oppnå
økonomisk vinning for seg eller sine eiere. Det skal ikke deles ut
utbytte til aksjonærer. Eventuelt overskudd i selskapet skal brukes
til å realisere selskapets formål. Ved likvidasjon skal eventuelt
overskudd ikke utdeles til aksjonærene, men gis til utvalgte
organisasjoner i samsvar med fomålet.
Styrke yrkesveiledning i skolen. Markedsføre behov for kompetanse i
