Velforeningens formål er å ivareta og fremme medlemmenes felles
interesser knyttet til området definert under 3.1 herunder å forvalte
og stå for den daglige driften av eiendommene som skal driftes i
fellesskap mellom eierseksjonssameiene i Melhustunet. Velforeningen
skal også ivareta medlemmenes felles interesser i nærområdet og ellers
søke å utvikle området til et trygt og godt boligmiljø.
