Vi har Medlemskap Egentrening, kurs, PT 1-1, PT Duo og PT i små grupper. Vi har lang erfaring i bl.a i å trene under og etter graviditet, Livsstilsendring og Aktiv Instruktør.
Vi har bedriftstrening, her eller ute hos bedrifter.
