konsulentbistand i forbindelse med bygging, kjøp, salg, eie, leie,
bestyrelse og drift av skip og rigger tilknyttet offshore-relatert
olje- og gassvirksomhet, herunder også å delta i andre selskap med
lignende virksomhet, og kjøp og salg av aksjer eller på annen måte
gjøre seg interessert i andre foretak. Selskapet vil også drive
virksomhet innen corporate finance, samt konsulentvirksomhet overfor
finansinstitusjoner.
