1. Å samle grunneierne innenfor grunneierlagets område for felles
utnyttelse av arealene. Utnyttelsen av jakt- og fiskerettighetene kan
skje i samarbeid med andre grunneiere innenfor grunneierlagets
geografiske område. Slikt samarbeid skal skje i henhold til skriftlige
avtaler inngått av grunneierlagets styre og forelagt for
grunneierlagets årsmøte til godkjenning.
2. Å arbeide for at utnyttelsen av jakt- og fiskeressursene skjer på
optimal måte. Det skal vektlegges en økologisk og økonomisk forsvarlig
opptreden, og vilt- og fiskeressursene skal forvaltes på omforent
måte.
3. Å samle grunneierne innenfor grunneierlagets område i felles
opptreden i saker som angår ressursutnyttelsen innenfor
grunneierlagets område, herunder ofentlig planlegging.
4. Felles arbeide for økonomisk utnyttelse av utmarkas øvrige
ressurser, herunder tilrettelegge for friluftsliv og rekreasjon.
