Å være returselskap i henhold til avfallsforskriften § 1-13 og som
godkjent selskap å utvikle og fremme miljøvennlig gjenvinning,
gjenbruk og andre anvendelsesmåter av elektrisk og elektronisk avfall
i overensstemmelse med nasjonal lovgivning som implementerer
EU-direktiv om behandling av elektrisk og elektronisk avfall og til i
den forbindelse å sørge for innsamling, sortering, transport,
gjenvinning, gjenbruk og annen forsvarlig behandling av kassert
elektrisk og elektronisk utstyr samt deltakelse i andre selskaper med
samme eller beslektet virksomhet.
