Å være utvikler av nye bedrifter basert på forskningsresultater og
ideer fra eksisterende industri og øvrig næringsliv. Dette skal
primært skje tilknytning til eiendom og/eller bedrifter hvor
Kværnhuset Industri-inkubator AS er etablert. Selskapet skal innenfor
rammen av bedriftsøkonomiske prinsipper, og i nært samarbeid med
eksisterende industri og kompetansemiljø, legge til rette for at
nyetablerere og idéhavere skal kunne utvikle sine forretningsområder i
et totalmiljø som består av flere virksomheter hvor det dannes
grunnlag for et faglig og sosialt miljø og samarbeid mellom
virksomhetene. Selskapet kan ved aksjeinnskudd eller på annen måte
engasjere seg i de virksomheter Kværnhuset Industri-inkubator AS sine
vedtatte vedtekter og gjeldende forretningsplan gir åpning for.
Etablering og utvikling av nye selskaper. Tilrettelegging for
nyetablering/grundere. Investering i nye selskaper.
