Å øke mulighetene for sysselsetting av yrkeshemmede arbeidstakere med
sikte på yrkesmessig attføring til ordinært arbeid eller videre
skolegang, samt avklaring mot andre tiltak. Videre skal selskapet også
gi meningsfylt arbeid som kan gi en inntekt i tillegg til trygd. Disse
formålene skal søkes realisert gjennom skjermede tiltak der selskapet
er godkjent som tiltaksarrangør hos NAV, herunder Arbeidsforberedende
trening (AFT) og Varig Tilrettelagt Arbeid (VTA). Selskapet har også
adgang til å delta i beslektet økonomisk virksomhet.
