legge til rette for et trivelig bomiljø i naturskjønne
omgivelser, ved legge til rette for utvikling av økologisk
forsvarlig, men også rimelige, kompakthus fortrinnsvis basert på bruk
av lokale materialer og lokale leverandører, ved å ta hensyn til natur
og klima og ved å sette miljøkriterier for bygging, og gjennom
eventuelle andre tiltak som kan tjene hovedformålet.
