fleksibel utdanning og livslang læring. Fremme internasjonalt
samarbeid innen fjernundervisning og teknologistøttet læring. Støtte
og utvikle nettverk for fleksibel læring og undervisning på nasjonalt,
regionalt og globalt nivå, samt fremme samarbeid mellom offentlig og
privat sektor. Tilrettelegge arenaer der enkeltpersoner, bedrifter,
institusjoner, myndigheter og foreninger kan engasjere seg i
profesjonell samhandling og kunnskapsutveksling innen fleksibel læring
og undervisning. Stimulere til utvikling av god praksis og standarder
i fleksibel læring og undervisning.
